JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Analyst will report to the Senior Manager Reporting & Consolidation. As part of the reporting team, the incumbent provides support to Area Directors of Finance, Vice President Finance and the Director FIM & OA and the entire reporting team in Europe while performing other tasks as assigned by the reporting group and management team.
Expected contributions
- Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports, other reporting needs and ad hoc consolidation work as required
- Create and maintain share folders and team performance tracking documents
- Serves as Sharepoint Administrator and Hotellist and Room/Hotel Count Administrator
- Assists Managers in preparation of various account specific reports
- The associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management
- Produce and distribute team correspondence, presentations and other related documents as required
- Maintains office supplies for area
- Processes expense reports
- Updates Schedules and Timesheets
- Tracks team vacation
- Maintains, collates and distributes all relevant activity reports
- Coordinates venue, agendas and minutes for various finance discipline meetings
- Coordinates Property visits
- Files and forward traces a variety of documents
- Takes meeting minutes as requested
- Maintains, collates and distributes all relevant activity reports
- Responds to various requests for help and information
- Communicates with property associates to provide information and resolve challenges
Others:
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
- Complies with Marriott International policies and procedures
Candidate Profile – Key Talents & Experience Desired
- Knowledge of Marriott International Key Brands and Strategies with a financial background, affinity for numbers and proven experience in working with excel. Furthermore able to prove their work using own initiative, ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and different leadership levels.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong customer development and relationship management skills
- Ability to design and implement successful tracking of documents and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of all Marriott Lodging products, programs, cultures and brand strategies
- Ability to manage and balance own time
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use standard software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop and maintain relations e.g. associates, customers, owners
Education or Certification
- Excellent level of English essential (verbal & written)
- Minimum Business Administration and/or Accounting degree
- Or other relevant work experience
