An exciting opportunity exists for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead to join the team. As FP&A Lead, you will lead a team of finance business partners and be involved in key finance projects including building long term financial forecasts and improving management reporting. This is a full-time, permanent role, hybrid working with 2 days in the London office and 3 days from home.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will be a fully qualified accountant with relevant post qualification in a Financial Planning role. You will have experience of using a range of finance systems and Financial Planning tools. A good understanding of charities SORP, and statutory accounting regulations . The role will involve ownership of the organisational budget, forecasting, management reporting and financial KPI’s processes, including ensuring budget and forecast version control and accuracy of reporting to stakeholders. Experience of building relationships with senior stakeholders is essential for this role as is strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues. Experience of using Xledger or using Adaptive Insights (Financial Planning tool) would be an advantage however it is not essential for the role.
