Winsearch UK is currently working with a large manufacturing business to appoint a Fleet Administrator, on a 12 month Temporary basis, based in Denham. This position will be a hybrid role, offering 3 days on site and 2 from home, where you will be responsible for supporting the Fleet Manager and the wider team, managing the UK Car Fleet for our client.
Fleet Administrator
You will be responsible for:
Support with manging the Denham cars mailbox. Responding promptly to email requests.
Facilitate daily telephone calls.
* Administer vehicle fines.
Work closely with the Fleet and Accident Management providers.
* Direct MOT's and other related fleet correspondence to the Fleet Management provider.
High level data analysis and processing.
Create new databases.
Archive vehicle files.
Risk Management and Compliance - provide daily administrative support as directed by the Fleet Supervisor.
* Carry out general fleet administration tasks as directed by the Fleet Supervisor.
* Support with Fleet projects as directed by the Fleet Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Background in Fleet administration is essential
* Good team player
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Very strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel is essential
* Self-motivated, possessing a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to problem solve and implement effective resolutions
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Ability to meet deadlines in a time-pressured environment
* Be able to demonstrate a continuous improvement mind-set
* Must be able to operate in dealing with sensitive data, have compassion and discretion whilst remaining impartial
* Valid and clean driving licence
