We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join our team in the heart of Princes Risborough. This office-based role offers a great working environment and a chance to be part of a growing capacity within the fleet team. The position is ideal for someone with a strong educational background, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in an administrative setting.
Day-to-day of the role:- Proactively contact our customer base regarding the return of vehicles at the end of their rental period.
- Liaise with our transport company to arrange the collection of vehicles once made available by customers.
- Close down active rental agreements and manage the invoicing of used vehicles on our fleet management system.
- Handle the management of V5 documents and the taxing of vehicles.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain excellent communication with clients.
- A reasonable standard of education, ideally in English and Maths.
- Experience in an administrative environment; motor trade experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Great attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
