My name is Baptiste YLÖNEN, and my client, a well-established Accountancy Firm, is looking for a French Speaking Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. They are based near Bond Street.
Tasks :
* Meeting clients and importing data into the System
* Being the first point of contact for clients (both in person and on the phone)
* Invoicing
* Credit-Controlling & helping the AR team
* Being proactive with systems and social networks
* Daily ad-hoc requests
- A degree in Management, Business and/or Communication
- 3 years of experience in an Accountancy or a Law firm
- Bilingual French/English
- Managing a variety of tasks from multiple clients
- Very good communication skills : you'll be in direct contact with clients
- High standard of organisational skills
- Proficient with Social Networks
