Front Of House/Team Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing boutique private equity firm, based in the heart of the West End. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team, who will also act as Team Assistant to the wider team. 
They are looking for someone to join them on an immediate basis, with the view to go permanent. The role is based in the office full-time and the hours are 9am-5pm. The rate is paying £15-£16/hour, depending on experience. 
What you'll do:

• Front of house duties including meet and greet and answering mainline
• Diary and calendar management
• Travel booking
• Expenses
• Ad hoc office admin support
• Assisting in health and safety

Who are you: 
A first or second jobber who is switched-on, personable and an excellent team player.

• High attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Strong communication skills
• Well-presented 
• Microsoft Office skills
