SalaryWe're looking for a talented fundraiser to help us to get our transformative programme of coaching and practical support to more people in prison.
As Fundraising Lead you will be working alongside our Fundraising and Development Manager to ensure StandOut has the funding needed to navigate the next stage of its development, with an ambitious strategy and plan for growth over the next three years.
You will be a self-motivated and proactive individual who can support the development of our approach to fundraising, identifying new opportunities, and driving engagement with individuals, volunteers, corporate partners and beyond, to increase our income.
Our aim is to reach a sustainable income of c. £1 million within the next three years, enabling our coaching team to work with more participants in preparation for release and realise their potential.
