Do you love city bars and cocktails? Then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for the next dynamic General Manager at The Saint who can help to focus and elevate the business.
The Saint is located close to St Paul’s Cathedral in the heart of the city and its stunning décor is perfect for our City customers. With vintage twists and a modern freshness, it’s a city bar with a first-class cocktail offer.
We have recently brought the kitchen back to Fuller’s so that we can offer our customers fantastic functions and pre-booked experiences on top of our regular walk in in trade. The new General Manager is encouraged to innovate with the next steps in the food offer, it’s a chance for great ideas and brave decisions.
The site currently trades Monday to Friday with opportunity for private functions and events on the weekends.
The new General Manager of The Saint needs to continue developing the team in this exciting City business, maintain its premium cocktail and wine offer and grow the mid-week pre-book trade and private functions trade on the weekends. They will need creativity and curiosity in abundance, an eye on current drink trends, knowledge of what the City crowd are looking for, in depth wine and cocktail knowledge and up to date marketing/social media awareness.
