A large market leading company are looking for a fluent German Speaking Customer Service Executive to join a company based in Harrow.
This role requires someone with a fluency in German and experience of working with customers in a business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of group bookings: handling amendments and cancellations
- Negotiating and renegotiating rates with suppliers
- Invoicing of clients and processing supplier invoices
- Providing emergency assistance to customers
- Liaising with clients in sales support
- Creating and preparing itineraries and quotations
- Requirements:
- Fluent in German language (written and spoken),
- Hospitality and/or CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
