Job Title: Global HR Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Hammersmith - Hybrid
Hybrid: office based for first 3 months, hybrid after.
JGA are working exclusively with a leading high growth tour operator appointing an HR Manager to lead and set up the people-function across EMEA and APAC.
If you are an experienced HR Generalist, looking to step up this could be a great role for you!
Responsibilities:
* Supporting key stakeholders in developing strategic plans in line with objectives.
* Designing and embedding new HR policies, procedures and training materials.
* Managing the end to end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
* Select and implement an HRIS partnering with the MD.
* Recruiting in a high growth environment, overseeing 30 hires this year.
* Ensure the HR system is up to date, including updating employee records.
* Manage employee relations cases.
About you:
* EMEA, APAC or International experience desirable.
* Open to candidates who have partnered with overseas HR functions.
* Experience in HR policy required.
* Experience selecting and implementing and HRIS desirable.
* Strong HRIS skills required.
* Expertise across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
* Ambitious to progress with a high growth company.
