Join our newly formed Global Reward team as a Global Reward Manager with a specialised focus on Global Mobility! Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, you'll drive various aspects of reward analysis, program development, and strategy refinement. Your expertise in global mobility will be pivotal in optimizing international assignments and related strategies. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact across our reward framework, combining broader reward responsibilities with a specialised focus on enhancing global mobility initiatives. Charlotte Tilbury is 10 years old this year and we are looking to create a compelling brand to attract the best talent.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Support the Global Reward COE by providing timely, accurate analysis, and guidance to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of all programs and initiatives.
  • Manage comprehensive compensation aspects, encompassing role evaluation, benchmarking, addressing topical issues, survey data submission, budgetary support, and overseeing the end-to-end pay review process. This includes project planning, communication, data modelling, and coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage global mobility initiatives, optimizing international assignments, policy development, and strategy alignment with global business objectives.
  • Lead on some and contribute to various ad hoc projects, such as global job grading, career architecture, gender pay gap analysis, and the development and delivery of Reward training for managers and employees.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of global mobility programs, addressing challenges and ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Evaluate and enhance global mobility policies and practices, aiming for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction while maintaining alignment with the organization's global strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including People Partners and Regional Payroll/C&B specialists, fostering best practice sharing, consistency, and alignment with the overall Total Rewards strategy.
  • Drive the development and implementation of operational excellence in compensation and benefits aligned with the overarching Rewards strategy for the business.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs consistently receive positive employee feedback, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service levels are maintained, and costs are effectively controlled while seeking opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive expertise in compensation principles, policies, and practices within a global context, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of complexities in multinational environments.
  • Proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of designing and managing Global benefits and recognition programs, showcasing the ability to align these programs with organizational goals and international best practices.
  • Proven proficiency in managing international assignments, understanding the complexities of expatriate packages, tax implications, immigration regulations, and cross-cultural considerations.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data-driven insights to make strategic, impactful business decisions that optimize reward structures and drive organizational success.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting, refining, and implementing global mobility policies that align with business objectives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives, showcasing adaptability to diverse business landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
