Graduate Lettings & Sales Negotiator
We are opening a new flagship office in London Bridge (100 m from the Shard and London Bridge Station) and are looking for highly motivated property professionals to join in this exciting period of the company's development.
Consequently, we are looking for a Graduate Lettings and sales negotiator with at least 3 years experience.You will be able to demonstrate a mature attitude and experience in sales, lettings, property maintenance administration and negotiation and have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Ideally, you will have a qualification in lettings and/or sales (eg propertymark) and be a graduate ideally in a property related field.
You will be smart, flexible and able to work diligently to manage the existing workload to this long standing company. You will need to demonstrate the following qualities;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Common sense
- A high level of attention to detail
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- Highly organised.
- An active interest in the property market.
- The ability to work under pressure and to meet targets and deadlines.
- At least a 2.2 Hons degree in any subject but ideally property related.
In addition to an excellent working environment with responsibility from Day 1, you will be fully funded on the company's training support programme to achieve relevant qualifications in the property industry which will be rewarded with further opportunities for advancement, career progression and of course increases in salary. Previous experience of sales and lettings is essential.Fully funded support is provided to motivated members of staff to achieve nationally recognised qualifications such as Propertymark or to become a Chartered Surveyor through the RICS APC scheme.
