You will play a key role within a highly collaborative team of experts who are focused who are focused on delivering solutions to reinforce the delivery the decarbonisation goals of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The Graduate Programme
As a successful graduate on the Graduate Programme, you will have the opportunity join the two year SONI Graduate Development Programme. The Programme offers structured rotations across three core areas with assignments and exposure to different aspects of our business and major projects. Throughout the Programme, you will be provided with real responsibilities and a range of activities to ensure you grow your knowledge of our business and develop the core skills and competencies to be build a successful career in the energy industry.
Entry Level Roles
Successful graduates will have the opportunity to work within a designated team and to get involved in colaborative work across the business. Successful candidates will have the chance to immerse themselves in a dynamic sector and get involved in areas such as technical planning, operational, project management, research and electricity market activities.
You must have a 2:1 capability in electrical, electronic, mechanical, civil, energy engineering or related field. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge within your chosen discipline, and display strong analysis, judgement and problem solving skills.
Most importantly, you need strong interpersonal and team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues while displaying strong communication skills and an awareness of customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
