We are delighted to be recruiting a Grants Database and Processes Manager to join their dynamic team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role involves actively supporting the Senior Grants Database and Processes Manager in managing projects related to their Grants Database and related processes.
To thrive in this position, you will be responsible for leading project planning and execution while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will require active participation in discussions, contributing to planning documents and maintaining a deep understanding of current processes. You will also be required to design and lead effective training sessions, working closely with colleagues to meet training requirements. Additionally, you will need to develop and maintain a deep understanding of current processes and workflows in grant-making operations.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in designing and implementing efficient organisational systems and workflows. Essential skills include system administration, project management, and delivering training on processes and systems. Strong organisational and IT skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to driving projects forward are key attributes. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly, are a must-have.
