Grill/Line Chef

We are seeking an experienced line chef/grill chef to join our successful growing business.

Successful candidates will be passionate about food, and have the the ability to produce our meals to the highest possible standards, again and again. They will be able to work under pressure alone in a methodical and timely fashion. They will also be reliable, have great organisational skills, and enjoys working alone and as part of the team.

Chef Responsibilities:

• Comply with all food safety and food hygiene laws and regulations.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Produce foods to the highest possible standards and in a timely manner.
• Complete stock ordering. Minimise waste.
• Oversee/coordinate kitchen assistants.
• Complete stock takes as directed by the head chef.
• Open and close the kitchen to the required standards.
• Communicate effectively with the front of house team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£28,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
