SALARY: £100,000 - £120,000 (doe) + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of marketers.

Drive the increase of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads

Ensure the delivery of high-quality audiences for events and sponsored marketing solutions.

Maximise the effectiveness of Marketing Technology, with a focus on CRM and lead generation activities.

Optimise their website performance and development.

Priorities:

Recruit and develop a high-performance marketing team.

Provide strategic marketing intelligence to refine the Go-To-Market strategy.

Collaborate as part of the senior leadership team for long-range planning and scaling.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of each product.

Build and gain access to targeted, high-quality prospects.

Drive engagement with primary and secondary audiences at the top of the funnel.

Identify, prioritise, and execute transformative projects improving marketing operations.

Requirements:

Proven senior marketing experience in the conference industry.

Strong leadership skills, managing high-performance teams (minimum 10 team members).

Track record of creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
