Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Hard Services Manager to join their team in West Lothian
This position is starting ASAP and will be an ongoing temporary position based in West Lothian. This role is starting ASAP and will be ongoing for at least 6 months
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 16:00
- £23 per hour
Day to Day Duties of the role:
- H&S policy and procedures are in place and followed
- Oversee and manage of engineers and subcontractors on site
- Plan and execute efficient delivery of all Planned Maintenance
- Monitor and update clients CAFM system
- Manage and co-ordinate a process to continually review the service suppliers to ensure the required standard is achieved
The ideal candidate will have:
- FM Qualifications - degree in a relevant subject such as facilities or estates management, property management or similar.
- BIFM requirement Level 4 or 5 or similar.
- Trained in Health and Safety to IOSH Level 2 standard (managing safety)
- Experience of working in a secure environment.
- AP experience (Water, Mech)
