3Search are partnered with an exciting Consumer business that’s looking to hire their first Head of Digital Marketing. They’re looking for someone to come in and lead on a strategy and manage a team so there’s lots to get stuck into!
The role will suit a self-starter who would be looking to build something and help identify and target customers. They’re looking for someone to shape the digital strategy and drive the growth of the company’s online presence.
They have an established team for the role to manage, which focuses on Paid Acquisition, CRO, SEO, Content, Web, and Data Analytics. As a result, they’re really looking for someone that can be both strategic and hands on. Managing relationships with agencies, owning budgets, and managing a team/ stakeholders successfully- whilst also being able to deep dive into Google Ad accounts, analyse SEO effectiveness etc.
If you have experience in managing a team in a small-medium size business, with strong hands-on Digital Acquisition experience then we’d love to hear from you!
