Role Overview: As the Head of Digital, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their online presence, ensuring scalability and efficient management of a large turnover exceeding £15 million. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of handling substantial turnovers and driving successful digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end management of the company website, including sales, product listings, and pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies to drive PPC and marketing ads, maximizing online revenue.
- Manage a talented team, including a Graphic Designer, Shopify Developer, and Ecommerce Assistant, ensuring efficient operations and workload management.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly statistical reports to the Director.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience handling turnovers exceeding £15 million in previous roles.
- Extensive expertise in utilizing the Shopify platform.
- Successful track record of driving online sales revenues in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the bulky goods industry, particularly furniture or white goods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in MS packages.
