My client is a leading Public Sector organisation based close to London Bridge with the role being office based two or three times a week. We are looking for a driven Head of Facilities Management (Contracts) to join the team in a vital role that will help continue the growth that both the organisation and contracts have seen in recent months.
The main responsibilities of the Head of Facilities Management (Contracts)are as follows:
- Management of risks identified within the contract and associated performance standards and specifications, including where appropriate, whole life costs.
- Management of the lifecycle process. Responsible for the life cycle model; including liaison with stakeholders to identify capital equipment replacement in order to minimise both operational and commercial risks.
- Company Representative at Client Liaison Meetings.
- Develop and manage the budget/forecast for own area of responsibility, ensuring that identified financial targets are achieved whilst meeting all contractual/commercial requirements.
- Build excellent relationships with suppliers to effectively manage contracts, review supplier performance and ensure that the best value for money is being achieved.
The successful candidate for the Head of Facilities Management (Contracts)role will have:
- Have experience managing a team of at least four direct reports, and ensuring that efficient training and support is provided
- Extensive experience in delivering end-to-end contract cycles.
- Be a first-class communicator who has a history of building successful working relationships in complex organisation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
