As the Head of Finance, you will be remotely leading the Finance Business Partnering function, FP&A and Management Accounts Team for a global non profit organisation.

Description

The Head of Finance is responsible for:

• Remotely leading a team of 10-15 covering Business Partnering, Management Accounting and FP&A
• Be responsible for annual financial planning cycle, budget process and 3-year plan
• Oversee preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts
• Provide monthly management information to divisional leads to aid in decision making
• Lead a team of business partners to design and provide management information
• Help as required in provision of financial information in preparation for audit
• lead, manage and mentor the team

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• Fully Qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A and Business Partnering
• Experience gained in large and complex organisations/ blue chip/ FTSE business
• Experience managing a large team
• Set up to work remotely ( UK based)
