The organisation boasts A Grade II listed heritage park, a recently renovated museum celebrating west London’s rich multi cultural and multi faith history, summer festivals, a brand-new sports facility and an inclusive, exciting public programme, that attracts 1 million visitors per year.

The Head of Finance and Resources will take lead responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the organisational finance function and lead the delivery of key business support functions including HR, IT, data protection and procurement. You will also provide strategic advice and analysis on all matters relating to the financial management of the charity and trading subsidiaries to the CEO and Board and support and enable the senior management team to make sound business decisions in the running of all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and dynamic finance professional with a keen interest in developing and supporting organizational growth. You will have significant experience within a financial role, preferably within a charity context, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide group of stakeholders at different levels. This is a crucial role for the organisation and they are looking for someone who is excited and engaged with their aims and objectives to support them through the next stage of their journey.
