Job description
The Head of Finance and IT reports to the Chief Executive and is a member of the NIBTS Senior Management Team (SMT). The post-holder is responsible for all financial and information communication technology (ICT) matters arising in the Agency.#The post-holder will provide specialist advice and analysis to the Agency Board, Chief Executive and other SMT members on all financial matters relevant to NIBTS. The post-holder will be responsible for providing an effective professional leadership in the areas of Finance and ICT and for ensuring that financial plans fully reflects the priorities of NIBTS. As member of SMT they will share corporate responsibility for the governance of the Agency and contribute fully to the development, delivery and achievement of NIBTS Corporate Objectives..

CCAB recognised full Professional accountancy qualification and at least 5 years post qualification experience, at least two of which should be at senior management level.Experience in the management of a finance team and the ability to manage a non-finance function.
