Role Overview:
- Supervising and managing daily occupancy rates and Gross Rental Income (GRI) throughout the portfolio.
- Oversight and management of availability across multiple booking platforms and within our Property Management System (PMS) and website.
- Attaining growth in lease renewals while comprehending the factors contributing to tenant turnover.
- Ensure marketing information is correct at all times to receive enquires.
- Ensure void periods are kept to a minimum across the portfolio.
- Oversea and manage the lettings team.
- Understanding of the lettings market and London property industry
- People person / ability to network

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Excellent and accurate written communication skills
- Experience in a senior role (Ideally in London)
