Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Ecommerce Director to join at this exciting time. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the brand across both traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of ecommerce, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales both online and offline.
- Oversee all aspects of the ecommerce platform, including website management, product merchandising, and customer experience optimization.
- Lead a team of Marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of Marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and sales to align marketing and ecommerce efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as agencies, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve marketing and ecommerce strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing marketing and ecommerce activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and ecommerce roles within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
