We are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Head of Marketing and Sales to spearhead our amazing Sales and Marketing and Customer Service Teams.
Experience/Expertise:
Expert in your field: Deep knowledge of Marketing principles, techniques, and trends with a proven track record to explore and implement innovative marketing and sales techniques and technologies.
Driven and strategic thinker: Capable of developing long-term strategies for both sales and marketing to drive business growth. You are the driving force increase return on investment, keep track of performance indicators and the company performs optimally. Effective at identifying and addressing challenges in sales and marketing strategies.
A dynamic leader: Skilled in building, setting a clear vision strategic direction and leading a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation who can inspire and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve their targets. You maintain the cohesiveness of the marketing team and sales function bringing the team together and help them drive revenue and improve the growth of the business.
Strong analytical skills: You are fast-acting, flexible in high-pressure situations and can monitor all marketing activities to keep everything running smoothly. High skilled in analysing market data, customer trends, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Effective communicator: Are able to effectively communication conveying the company’s values proposition to customers and internally across all parts of the business, written and verbally.
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Director
Direct Reports: Customers Services Manager (Sales) and the Marketing team – 4 x Marketing Executives
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support the Sales & Marketing Director in achieving the overall company goals and objectives
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team and Recruitment Team to ensure the strategy is developed, implemented and integrated across all marketing disciplines
Develop dynamic and effective marketing plans for Grandir UK services to match customer requirements and maximise profits in line with the organisational budgets
Using a variety of tools, identify and analyse marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of Marketing activities, return on investment and to inform future marketing campaigns
In collaboration with the Customer Services Manager seek opportunities to maximise selling in order to meet organisational budgets
Support the customer lifecycle, through continuously striving to implement fresh and innovative promotions
Familiarity with development strategies such as SEO, social media and online content marketing
Work closely and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure information flows across multiple functions in order to guide decision-making
Work closely and liaise with external suppliers: agencies, designers, and printers on the creation of Marketing material
Skills to analyse and monitor trends in the market and conducting market research and competitor analysis
Protect and promote the brand reputation
Lead a team of highly motivated marketing professionals, creating a positive workplace culture by embedding our organisations values to ensure high engagement
Maintain confidentiality in the workplace and set a good example in terms of dress and behaviour, maintaining the good reputation of the organisation at all times
