Head ofPerforming Arts with Music Specialism Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Performing Arts department, with a focus on music.
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons and performances.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students to explore their talents.
- Organize and direct school concerts, musical productions, and other Performing Arts events.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other departments and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Head ofPerforming Arts with Music Specialism Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of music and Performing Arts curriculum.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
