We are looking for a Head of Sales who will work closely with our product, business and growth teams to sell our cutting-edge applications to completely change the delivery of healthcare globally.
Our core solution captures structured, protocolised and clinically validated data, empowering better patient-centred outcomes and generating new leaps in healthcare.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join the business and get involved with advanced and innovative product builds. We are at an exciting stage of our business – to date the focus has been on product development, whereas now we are ready to test it out in the market with new customers.
This role will be based in London.
The Role:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for evolving and implementing strategic sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships within the healthcare industry. Initially you will be working with our strategy department to produce business development collateral. You will also research into potential prospects and lead sales initiatives. Opportunity to grow and expand the sales team will be in line with opportunities & revenue generated.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute on a sales strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the healthcare sector, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimise sales resources: Utilising our existing network of Senior Advisors, as well as your own, drive customer engagement at the executive level.
- Have NHS experience: Our initial focus is to sell into the UK National Health Service. You must have experience in selling to the NHS, ideally at the Trust and ICS level, and have a good understanding of the procurement process. Including the necessary frameworks and bid process.
- Identify New Opportunities: Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare sector, exploring short-term and long-term growth potential.
- Revenue Growth: In conjunction with the finance team, develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and financial targets, in line with company objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure that agreements are favourable for both parties, while complying with industry regulations and standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create regular reports and analysis to monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
The right person will:
- Have a drive to sell and rapidly grow customers.
- Have a proven track record of successful sales leadership within the healthcare sector of at least 5 years.
- Have a proven track record within software sales.
- Have a strong knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Will be an exceptional communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Will be strategic thinking and have the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with company goals.
- Will have experience selling into C-suite executives and middle management.
- Will be adept at handling high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.
- Will be experienced in managing sales pipelines.
- Will be comfortable working in a fast changing often ambiguous environment.
- Will demonstrate commitment to ethical and compliant business practices.
