Health and Safety Administrator required by leading manufacturing company, based on the outskirts of Bristol. The successful Health and Safety Administrator will support the management team with the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality, environmental and Health and Safety management systems and processes.
Main Duties: Health and Safety Administrator
Attending Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental meetings, minute taking and recording outcomes.
Supporting with HSQE policy and process development and implementation.
Conducting internal audits, presenting findings and ensuring that corrective actions are taken.
Supporting with investigations.
Overseeing facilities maintenance schedules and keeping records.
Managing and coordinating risk assessments.
Maintaining employee training records.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Health and Safety Administrator:
A background within a similar role ideally gained within a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
Ideally holding a recognised Health and Safety qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organised.
Strong problem solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
