As a Health and Safety Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to within the organization to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.About the role:Partners in Bristol is looking to appoint an entry level Health and Safety Officer to join the college H&S team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an aspiring H&S professional. You will be part of a small professional team providing a comprehensive advisory, auditing and internal regulatory service, on Occupational Health and Safety throughout the College.What we are looking for:You will ideally have an Occupational Safety and Health qualification to at least NEBOSH Certificate level, and some practical experience of undertaking Health and Safety in a work environment.You will be a self-starter and able to work on your own initiative and also under direction while participating in and contributing to the work of the team.Nice to have but not essential: Experience of working within an educational/training environment. Experience of working in a multi-site organisation.
