Position Overview: As a Help Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our internal team members in a Windows environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Help Desk or technical support role, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and productivity tools.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
