Temporary HR Shared Services Administrator – ASAP start.
Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm - £11.30ph plus holiday pay and benefits.

Based in North Liverpool, our client are currently seeking a very organised administrator to assist with a current HR project. If you do have prior experience within compliance, recruitment or HR, this is an advantage but not essential.
• Working with spreadsheets and keeping track of RTW checks.
• Going through compliance processes for RTW and background checks.
• General data entry.
• Scanning documents.
• May call other departments and managers for updates.
• General admin support for other areas within the HR team.
We do require someone with strong IT skills, mainly Excel (ability to build formulas ideally), can pick up systems and processes quickly and easily, and excellent attention to detail. It would help if you have any prior HR, recruitment or compliance experience but this could be shown.
Strong spoken communication skills are essential as is the ability to conduct repetitive tasks such as scanning or data entry.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm. This role is fully office based.
£11.43ph plus holiday pay.
