A well Respected Medical Clinic is looking for an exceptional HR professional to join their team on a temporary basis, undergoing admin tasks for their HR department. This role shall include the use of multiple online systems, the successful candidate will need have excellent IT skills and a proven history of HR experience.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Data input into online forms and databases.
Organising meetings and taking notes and minutes.
Supporting members of the department when needed.
Organising and setting up training events.
Answering employee queries
Answering phone calls
Answering emails in a highly professional matter.
Updating and tracking records such as employee holidays and sick days.
The successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational skills
Previous experience in an HR environment
Solid IT skills, including the use of Microsoft, Word and Excel.
Ability to prioritise workloads.
