Job Description
- Providing HR advice and support to the Education department.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Conducting performance and salary reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of a positive company culture.
The Successful Applicant
- A thorough understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
- Proven abilities in policy development and implementation
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
