The HR Advisor will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will play a fundamental role in the delivery of HR service excellence, providing guidance to managers and employees across the business on all things from HR policies and procedures to employee relations queries.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality and up to date guidance on employment law and company policies
- Manage a varied ER caseload, with cases relating to performance, disciplinary and grievance, sickness absence
- Lead a small to medium sized project, contributing to the overall delivery of the business people plan and objectives
- Ensure legislative procedures and policy standards are understood and adhered to by managers and employees
- Take the lead in managing all processes relating to absence and wellbeing, as well as offering guidance to employees and line managers
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners, supporting and managing performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Provide knowledge and expertise on Company policies, employment law, learning & development interventions and best practice with line managers, employees and the wider HR team
- Attend via face to face meetings, virtual drop-in sessions, information/ training sessions, guidance documents and one-to-one/ team meetings
- Support organisational change initiatives by being involved in People Plan projects and contributing own ideas
- Manipulate data from the HR system and provide accurate insights
Profile
- CIPD level 5
- Good level of knowledge in employment law and applying it practically in the workplace
- Generalist experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies, including recruitment, absence management, learning and development, and performance
- Passion for HR and People Development
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
Job Offer
- Salary £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
