Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will support the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service, with focus areas including absence management, employee development and recruitment.
Key elements of the role include:
- Employee relations, including disciplinaries, absence management and RTW.
- Coaching and supporting line managers on HR policy and process.
- Delivering Training activities where required.
- Maintaining and developing HR KPI’s.
- Supporting with the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Maintaining the HRIS and employee files.
- End to end recruitment, including creation of adverts, supporting the HR Manager with selection and the interview process, issuing new starter packs and conducting employee onboarding.
- Supporting the HR Manager with external recruitment events to develop the talent pool.
This is an onsite role working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to finish earlier on a Friday.

About You;
The ideal HR Advisor:
- CIPD qualified, or qualified by experience
- Well versed in managing ER cases, including disciplinary and sickness absence, with a high degree of resilience and confidence.
- Experienced in supporting and coaching line managers around HR policy and process.
- Proven experience in supporting with Recruitment.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communicator with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
