- Working on behalf of a multiple site college
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination
- Handle employee inquiries regardsing HR policies , benefits and general HR related matters
- Support HR manager in employee relation matters
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in the development of new policies or revisions to existing ones as needed.
- Maintain and manage employee engagement
Compliance
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and procedures remain compliant
- Person specification/requirements
- Min 2 years HR advisor experience
- CIPD level 5
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Enthusiastic, reliable and efficient in multi-tasking
- IT Literate and proficient in MS office skills
- Maintaining confidentially is critical
