We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Corporate Office team. This role involves supporting a variety of pan-European HR projects and managing key day-to-day local HR activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, promoting diversity and inclusion, enhancing engagement and wellbeing, managing performance, and supporting recruitment and remuneration management.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist with GDPR, Whistleblowing, and other compliance matters relevant to Corporate Office Human Resources.
- Implement employment policies at the Uxbridge office, ensuring that employment law, HR policy, and best practice are applied.
- Work on Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives and prepare the annual Gender Pay Gap analysis for Uxbridge.
- Support pan-European engagement and wellbeing initiatives and improve engagement and welfare activities at Uxbridge.
- Manage the performance review programme to ensure continuous employee development.
- Strengthen recruitment activities across Europe and support the recruitment process for new employees at Uxbridge.
- Analyse pan-European senior manager pay packages and support annual remuneration/benchmarking and benefit reviews.
- Support training and leadership development programmes and identify employee training requirements.
- Work on HR technology improvement and implementation projects.
- Coordinate internal HR communications and annual awards.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is ideal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise important projects.
- Proven experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to work with senior staff members.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all business levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using HR systems (such as Oracle).
- Willingness to undertake occasional European business travel.
- Foreign language skills, particularly in Japanese, German, or French, are an asset but not required.
