My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join on the team in the Hampton Office on a full time or part time basis.

Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for the following:
- Provide pragmatic and timely advice remotely on a wide range of cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal and investigation meetings and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
- Coach and influence line managers to ensure the right outcome is achieved in each ER case.
- Attend hearings and meetings by exception as the management representative to advise and take notes.
- Participate in the provision of formal training to Operational colleagues to improve capability in managing ER cases, including conducting investigations and formal hearings, conduct versus capability, decision making and note-taking.
- Provide ER activity reports that identify the number and types of cases and outcomes. Make recommendations to further improve the company approach to managing all ER cases.
- Support the delivery of the wider HR strategy across the company.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will need the following skills and attributes:
- Previous ER experience
- Computer literate (excel, word)
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Attention to detail, able to create, update spreadsheets and produce reports
- Uses discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Proactive team player
