Our global client sits within Financial Services and is currently forging a successful path to being a leader within Cyber Insurance. Based across various locations, this role would be working from their London office and allows for some hybrid working.
Due to continued growth and a recent internal change, they are seeking a new Human Resource professional to help support a small but highly talented team of senior executives with all day to day HR Operations. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will need to be hands on and show initiative when it comes to being able to manage all areas of general Human Resource requirements, and knowing when to escalate if sensitive or outside of your expertise.
This role will be heavily involved in helping roll out a variety of new HR projects, to include but not limited to hiring, payroll, HRISetc.
In return for your commitment and hard work, they will offer development and professional growth long term. Ideally you will be looking to take that next step into such a role, having perhaps previously supported an HR team as an Administrator or Coordinator.
We are keen to speak to anyone with a min. of 2 years relevant HR experience who can show the level of business acumen and flexibility required.
