We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our expanding team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and contributing to our continued success.
What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees across a range of areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Proactively partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
