Job Role: HR Advisor

Location: Gloucester

Salary: Up to £32,000

Hours: Monday Friday 09.00am 17.00pm

As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions to the workforce and ensuring compliance. This is for a growing business and you will be handling the majority of the HR responsibilities within the company. You will hold a level 3/5 CIPD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business.
• Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data.
• Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations.
• Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
• Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members.
• Managing sickness, disciplinary and investigations.

Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 2-3 years proven work experience in human resources.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Have a zero tolerance of abuse or discrimination.
• Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations.
• CIPD Level 3/5 or willing to work towards.
• Experience of working within the Health & Social Care is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.
