Hr Assistant

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting Operations and Supply Chain by handling HR administration, projects, management information, and ensuring the continuous maintenance and updating of HR systems.

What will I be doing as a HR Assistant?

• Ensuring the delivery of all HR operational administration.
• Providing support to line managers and employees regarding HR Services processes.
• Collecting and managing data to facilitate further analysis, as well as aiding in report preparation.
• Supporting on data driven projects.
• Maintaining accurate updates across all HR systems.
• Processing changes and departures within payroll deadlines.

What do I need to qualify for the HR Assistant role?

• Solutions focused, and highly organised with a customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate level Excel Skills, including V-Lookups.
• Interest in employment law and internal HR policies.
• Interest in HR processes and how they impact our people.
