SF Recruitment have recently partnered with an education sector client who are looking for a HR Assistant to provide support to a school in South Birmingham. The main focus of the role will be dealing with absence management, recruitment and onboarding and providing general policy advice and guidance.
Salary: £26421 - £28770
Hours: 8:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (site based)
Role
- Providing end to end recruitment, including advertising, CV sifting, organising interviews,
- Onboarding all new starters, including reference and DBS checks
- Issuing offer letters and contracts
- Dealing with absence
- Being first point of contact for any HR related queries.
- Taking minutes in formal and informal meetings.
Required
- Previous HR Administration experience essential
- Ability to multitask and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Education experience preferred but not essential
