About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to support the Senior HRBP - London Supply and key stakeholders with the delivery of the HR strategy to support the strategic priorities of the business, both through the effective execution of the employee life cycle and project work (within HR and across the wider business).
About the Department & Team:
The HR Business Partnering team work with the business to implement people strategy, policies, processes, and support leadership with the design and delivery of their strategic goals from a people perspective. They work closely with the business to build organisational and people capability, supporting our people leaders in creating high performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute core processes such as Talent Review, Performance Appraisals, Pay Review,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and execute on strategic HR initiatives
- Provide robust guidance and support to Management and Leadership teams to enable them to effectively recruit, retain and motivate their teams
- Lead on HR change activities and projects as required
- Lead on complex Performance Improvement Processes
- Lead on complex Employee Relations cases
- Analyse trends from the data and present findings to the business related to our SAMS/Monthly Moments Survey (MMS)
- Ensure compliance with any legal changes related to employment law.
- Work with the HR Centres of Excellence to ensure that our business strategies and goals are being supported from the HR subject matter experts
- Act as a role model at all times and seek to mentor and develop others within the wider HR team employing a high performance culture mindset in line with our values Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements forms part of your role, and the demonstration of behaviours as set out in the Conduct Risk Policy, as they relate to your role, is core to LSM's commitment to our Liberty Values, placing customers at the centre of our business and behaving with integrity. These requirements include the Senior Managers and Certification Regime Conduct Rules ,Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing
Skills and Experience:
- Comprehensive HRBP experience
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated successful HR delivery, preferably in a Regulated Financial Services or Professional Services environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
- Proactive, with a growth mind-set
- Able to operate under pressure and deliver results within a timely manner
- Extensive understanding of UK employment law, international legislation beneficial
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- CIPD qualifications are desirable
