Law Firm
To be based in Manchester or Leeds
- Working arrangements - 2 days in either Manchester or Leeds with 1 day in the alternate office (travel expenses paid) + 2 days at home
- Flexible start/finish times between the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm - 6pm
The company:
This law firm is not your traditional law firm. They have a relaxed culture based on giving back and hiring from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds. A large proportion of the lawyers are the first lawyers in their family and the firm has a big focus on this.
Due to rapid growth (doubling in size in the last 18 months!) this is a brand new role to support new client groups. The HR infrastructure is still being put into place, so if you are open to a "work in progress" then this could be the place for you.
The role:
- A generalist role supporting c.600 employees
- Responsible for full employee lifecycle operations including attraction, retention, ER, engagement, culture.
- Partnering with stakeholders to be proactive rather than reactive in terms of HR issues.
The person:
- We are looking for someone who has strong HR Operations experience
- Someone with strong relationship skills who can take full ownership over a client group.
- The drive and desire to be involved in HR projects
- Professional services experience isn't a must.
For you:
- Salary c.£45,000
