This is an exciting opportunity to work with schools and their leaders, identifying and mitigating risk, managing change initiatives, and leading on organisational restructure, recruitment, and retention.
As the Lead HR Business Partner / HRBP, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the education sector by understanding the challenges faced by schools and creating effective strategies to address them. You will play a key role in partnering with schools and their leaders to drive positive change and ensure the smooth running of their HR functions.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing change initiatives and leading on organisational restructure with commercial HR Business Partner experience.
