HR Business Partner
£45,000-£50,000 + Fully Fuelled Car + bonus

Partnering with the customer success team and reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will partner with the Head of Customer Experience and oversee the employee lifecycle for an employee group of c400, split across 2 offices.
The scope of the role will see you operating in a truly generalist capacity, whilst being able to offload transactional activity to the HR Services team. In year 1, you will focus on establishing critical business relationships, will move the employee engagement and diversity agendas forward and will take advantage of some low hanging fruit opportunities in absence and turnover. Talent development is of particular focus for the role as the business look to facilitate a greater diversity of employee progressing through to management positions - this will see you play a key role in the employee forums, communications, and accessibility to development opportunities.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a data savvy HR generalist - you could be in a partner role already, or could be in a senior generalist, senior advisor or perhaps in a specialist role looking to get back to something generalist - data savvy doesn't mean you live in spreadsheets though and, above all else, enjoy crunching the numbers, it just means you are comfortable working with data and are a strong storyteller. You'll be Midlands based and be able to commit to 3 days in the office with a likely split of 2 in Derbyshire, 1 in Reading - this will fluctuate depending on business need. Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified or have another relevant qualification.
