BramahHRare seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our client based in Birmingham. As a HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the team. You will work closely with the General Managers and employees to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
Duties:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs and support the launch of the new employee handbook
- Communication policies and processes across the organisation
- Provide advice, support and training to management - including support with ER cases for compliance and quality
- Support new and developing managers with disciplinary processes, flexible working processes, grievances etc
- Manage long term sick case load by arranging absence reviews and occupational health assessments where appropriate
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Produce written documentation for management to be able to deal with common people management issues
- Produce monthly HR stats
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a standalone or small team role
- Real passion for HR
- Previous experience at a HR Advisor or HRBP level
