HRBP – International packaging Manufacturer – to £75k + Bonus + Car
Global sustainability leader in packaging with multi locations worldwide, nearly 5,000 employees, and an annual revenue of approximately £2 billion. Providing Packaging solutions to the FMCG industry. Sustainability is threaded through and is the backbone of the company. The culture is results-driven, and highly multicultural.
The HRBP will partner with the stakeholders to develop, execute, translate, and execute them into an HR agenda. Focused on Talent Management, organisational process, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will help business leaders look around corners with data driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the employee experience and organisational health.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness.
Provide tools to help guide Departments through a high degree of change including communication strategy
Counsel Leaders on company policies/practices, legal considerations, compliance regulations
Oversee the annual talent review, career pathing and succession planning actions
Contribute to the business strategy
Support acquisition of talent needed to support current and future business ambitions
Support cross functional projects by providing HR subject matter expertise
Counsel managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/unformal complaints to resolution, discipline and or terminations
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals in a rapidly changing environment
Understand the business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR in the company
Understand the entire Talent system and each stage of the employee lifecycle and applies that understanding to integrated solutions that are thoughtful and reinforced by upstream and downstream Talent programs
Master’s degree or MBA in HRM preferred
Proficiency with HRIS system and ability to analyse data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on analysis
10+ years international human resources Business Partner experience
Experience in labour relations in a manufacturing environment
